This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for scheduling appointments with Dental Art. By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Appointment Booking
2.1 Methods of Booking: Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person at our clinic.
2.2 Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an appointment confirmation via email or SMS. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
2.3 New Patients: New patients may be required to complete a medical history form before their appointment.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1 Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
3.2 Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice may result in a charge and restrictions on future bookings.
4. Late Arrivals
4.1 Grace Period: We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
4.2 Missed Appointment: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.
5. Fees & Deposits
5.1 Deposit Requirement: Certain treatments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment.
5.2 Treatment Costs: Fees for treatments will be discussed during consultation and must be paid in full at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed.
